Following a hugely successful debut year in 2016, the OM Yoga Show will return to the SECC in Glasgow in March 2017. Yogis north of the border are invited to join in with what London visitors have been enjoying for over a decade – the most yogic weekend of the year.

Once inside the show, visitors can enjoy over sixty free open classes; from Astanga to Acro yoga, and Utkarsha to Vinyasa, there’s something for everyone. This is the perfect opportunity to try something new! For those wanting a more in-depth class experience, workshops provide the chance to hone existing skills or develop new ones.

This year, for the first time at the Glasgow event, the OM Yoga Show offers the chance to try Aerial Yoga. Swings are rigged in the open class area, providing hammocks for classes led by specially qualified teachers. With aerial yoga, and hot yoga classes taking place in the Hotpod, Scottish yogis are spoilt for choice.

Away from the mat, visitors can explore the showcase of exhibitors specially selected to provide everything you could need for the ultimate yogic lifestyle. Yoga mats and yoga clothing sit alongside online classes and exotic retreats, and plenty of vegan food options means refuelling is a treat.

Wherever you are on your yoga journey, a stop along the way at the OM Yoga Show Glasgow will allow you to take advantage of leading teachers, innovators and yoga enthusiasts.
